OWWL cardholders are now able to place up to seven (7) holds. Please note that the limit of seven holds is a system-wide limit that includes active holds, suspended holds, and holds available for pickup. This measure is temporary as libraries begin to reopen and will be assessed once we are able to increase capacity.
Because there is temporary suspension on item delivery between OWWL libraries, holds may be placed only on titles owned by the pickup library you select when placing your holds.
Please make sure to provide a phone number when placing your hold. Automated hold availability notification emails and text messages (SMS) are currently not being sent. Libraries may contact you by phone or email to schedule a time to pick up your items.

If you have had items out since March, you are welcome to return those items. Many libraries are accepting returns. Most items that were due between March 15 and July 1 have been extended and are now due back on September 30. Check your account online for further details.
When you return items, they may remain on your account for several days, but no overdue fees will accrue. For your safety and the safety of library staff, current recommended safety protocols at our libraries include quarantining returned items for a set number of days. Items will be checked in by library staff once the quarantine period has passed. Once checked in, these items will no longer appear on your account.
