2018 RWA Cathie Linz Librarian of the Year, Frannie Strober Cassano first stumbled into the romance section of her local drugstore as a teen, and then found herself back there during the Fifty Shades of Grey era. After nearly 20 years at the Reference Desk, she's off developing loyalty strategies that continue to put books in readers' hands.
