Topic: Library Pre-Design Process
Speaker: Scott Bova, MRB Group
Before "breaking ground" and beginning work on any type of construction or renovation project, a library will have many conversations with their architect as a part of the pre-design process. During this session, we will go over what the pre-design process entails including establishing the library's goals, needs and wants, understanding the function and usage of the space, reviewing regulatory and code requirements, and the project phasing and schedule.
Be sure to bring your questions as there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
