The New York State Library, in partnership with the Illinois State Library, the New York Library Association and the Mid-York Library System, is participating in the multi-state nationwide 2015 ILEAD USA (Innovative Librarians Explore, Apply and Discover) program designed to increase the leadership, collaboration and technology skills of library and library system staff from all types of institutions. Library staff across the State are invited to view five ILEAD USA keynote addresses, which will be delivered March 24-26.
