Boundaries During a Pandemic and Work/Life Balance
The emotional wellness of Youth Services Staff is paramount for ensuring their ability to care for the youth they serve. The COVID-19 Emergency has highlighted the need to provide each Staff with more accessible and effective skills. In this series, Staff will learn about mindfulness, anxiety relief, mitigating depressive symptoms, stress management, and other forms of self-care.
Jennifer Frary is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a private therapy practice in Bloomfield, NY. Jennifer specializes in helping individuals recover from anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors. She also helps couples.
Jennifer is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
In addition to her work with clients, Jennifer is involved in educational opportunities for the community. She has presented on topics like Effective Communication, and Stress Management for local businesses. For faith-based groups she has presented on topics related to Mental Health and Spirituality. Jennifer also contributes a monthly article to Rochester Woman Online magazine.
