Do you want to ensure that your library’s collections are Diverse, Equitable, Inclusive—and Well-Read? Do you want to become a more culturally literate staff member and a more effective advocate for your community? We’ve got a class for you!!
Classes will be held online the afternoons of November 2, 9 & 16th and will be recorded if you're not able to attend live.
Some of the topics that will be discussed include:
- What is a diverse and inclusive collection?
- How to do a diversity audit?
- What is white privilege and unconscious/implicit bias?
