"Re-think" your surroundings to create engaging opportunities for joy and self-expression! Creative Workshop is a four-hour hands-on training will give attendees an introduction to building art projects and STEAM challenges with recycled materials. 

A materials list will be provided to registrants in advance.

Brian Yanish is a Rochester-based author, illustrator, designer, and maker. His other books include Shark and BotPirate Chicken: All Hens on DeckThe Build-It Book, and Shark and Bot: Sleepaway Champs. He has worked for Jim Henson Productions, trained as a special effects mold maker, written and performed comedy, and designed software, toys, and apparel for the children's market. He is the creator of ScrapKins®, a Recycled Arts program that inspires kids to see the creative potential in everyday junk. Click here to learn more
