The Ad Council of Rochester (now Causewave) will be at PLS on Friday, February 26 from 9:30 - 12:30 to conduct a branding workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to determine what criteria we would like our libraries to be measured against as part of the mystery shopper initiative. If your library signed up to be a part of the mystery shopper, or even if you did not, there is sure to be valuable information that you can take and use at your own library.
