Computer & Cable Troubleshooting (9:30am—10:30am)
Let the Pioneer Library System help to explain the different computer and cable equipment located at your library. Learning what different equipment is, and its function, will help when computer troubleshooting at your library. Q & A at the end of the program.

Active Shooter Training (10:30am—Noon)
This workshop will focus on what to do if you have an active shooter or other dangerous situation at your library. Do you run, hide or fight? Find out the answer to this question and many more. This workshop is presented by Michael Brock. Mr. Brock has been a Deputy with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office for 21 years. He is a Certified FBI Bomb Tech, Firearms Instructor/Coordinator, Instructed at the Federal, State and Local levels, and Training Coordinator for the University of Rochester Department of Public Safety.
